Our Protocols

At this time, we are still limiting the access of families and non-staff members into Appalachian Animal Hospital.

We ask that you call (828) 658-8989 when you arrive. Our team members will assist you through the appointment process, and medication pick up.

We, in accordance with the NC statewide mask mandate, request all clients wear face masks and practice social distancing when at Appalachian Animal Hospital.

When our staff members come to your vehicle, please be wearing a mask and maintain a 6-foot distance (as best you can) during the interaction. That also includes our Equine Staff in the field and with our Boarding Staff downstairs.
